EcoFusion Fitness is a private training studio that offers personalized fitness training and group fitness classes in a comfortable and eco-friendly environment. During your training sessions you will have exclusive use of our studio with no intimidation, distractions or need to wait for equipment to become available. Water, hot tea, towels, yoga mats, a restroom and shower stocked with organic toiletries are provided for your convenience.
Whether you are training for an athletic event, weight loss, strength gain, overall health and wellness or to prepare for a wedding or other special occasion, you'll fit right in at EcoFusion Fitness. We will customize your personal training or small group training by combining different styles and modes of exercise in our studio, or outdoors to match your goals. Group fitness classes are also offered daily including yoga, circuit training, boot camp fitness and more. You're sure to find a class to fit your busy schedule and at an affordable rate to boot!
